There is literally no way to talk to an actual human being that can address my issues or answer a single question. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY NONEXISTENT. I can guarantee the response to this review will be a generic, AI written response and point right back to the same “customer service” options that are total trash to begin with. GlassesUSA is a complete joke. Poor product quality, even worse communication and the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. GlassesUSA basically stole my money."
