My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I decided to order glasses, and their site clearly stated "eligible for next day delivery." So, I paid the $19.95 next day delivery fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order was "in process and will take 3 business days." This was completely unacceptable, and I felt utterly ripped off. I immediately tried to contact customer service, hoping to resolve this issue and get a refund for the misleading delivery charge.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, but my order confirmation says it will take 3 business days. That's not next-day, and I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately.
